Echo Refresh Review
The highest gas output of any home inhaler here, with the one specification that matters left unpublished.
The short answer
The Echo Refresh produces more hydrogen gas per minute than anything else in this category - 1,800 mL/min - and carries a ten-year warranty, at $7,499. The gap in the sheet is purity. Echo publishes flow rate but not what fraction of that flow is hydrogen, and in an inhaler those are different questions. We have not used this unit; everything here is read from Echo’s published specification.

Clinic-grade hardware for the home. It delivers more hydrogen gas per minute than anything else here by a wide margin, backed by a ten-year warranty, and it is priced to match.
What we liked
- Fifteen times the gas output of the budget machines, so a useful session takes minutes rather than an hour
- Ten-year warranty, and sessions can run anywhere from half an hour to six
What we didn't
- At $7,499 it costs more than every water machine on this site combined
- Echo publishes no purity figure, which is the specification that matters most in an inhaler

Not applicable - inhalers are rated in mL/min of gas, not dissolved ppm.
What this assessment is based on
- A published spec sheet with no output figure on it
- No hands-on use — we have not handled this one
We do not run laboratory measurements of dissolved hydrogen, and we say so on every page. Where a figure comes from a brand rather than an independent laboratory, the label above says which.
Independent certification
We looked for independent test reports on the Echo Refresh and found none published. That is the norm in this category rather than a mark against this machine specifically, but it means every figure above is the brand's own.
No independent certification found
Who the Echo Refresh is for
Buy it if session time is the constraint: at 1,800 mL/min a session that takes an hour on a budget inhaler takes minutes, and the ten-year warranty is the longest anyone offers on this hardware.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you want hydrogen water - this is a gas inhaler and produces none. Skip it too if published purity is part of your decision, because Echo does not give one.
Why flow rate alone does not settle it
Inhalation machines are sold on mL/min, and the number is easy to compare. It is also incomplete: a machine can move a lot of gas while only a fraction of it is hydrogen. Echo publishes 1,800 mL/min of hydrogen plus 600 mL/min of oxygen, which reads as a separated output rather than a blend, but without a purity figure that reading is inference rather than specification. It is the single number we would most like Echo to publish, and the reason this unit is not ranked higher on best hydrogen inhalation machines.
This is not a water machine
Worth stating plainly, because Echo sells both: the Refresh produces hydrogen gas for inhalation and does not make hydrogen water. If you came here from Echo Ultimate expecting a cheaper route to the same result, it is a different product category measured in different units.

Echo Refresh questions
How much does the Echo Refresh cost?
Echo lists it at $7,499.99. That is more than every hydrogen water machine on this site combined, and it is an inhalation machine - it does not produce hydrogen water.
How much hydrogen gas does the Echo Refresh produce?
Up to 1,800 mL/min of hydrogen alongside 600 mL/min of oxygen. That is roughly fifteen times the output of the entry-level inhalers, which is what shortens a useful session from an hour to a few minutes.
What purity is the Echo Refresh?
Echo does not publish a purity figure. In an inhaler that is the specification that matters most, because flow rate alone does not tell you how much of the gas is hydrogen. We have asked; until it is published this stays unanswered.
How long can a session run?
Echo rates it for sessions from thirty minutes up to six hours, and backs the unit with a ten-year warranty - the longest on any inhalation machine we cover.
